| Customer Reviews: Can't live without it March 4, 2010 Kelly (California) I think this is positively the best item an expectant mother can own. It smooths out the areas that need smoothing and holds up your pants (let's face it, either you've got your pants unbuttoned, they are a little too big when you start to wear maternity clothes, or the baby is pushing them down late in pregnancy). I own several and couldn't be happier with the product.
A great maternity wardrobe basic February 6, 2010 maiurano (moss beach, ca) I had read about Bella Bands in a magazine and wanted to try one. I found out about this cami while searching amazon and decided to fork out a little extra in order to get the cami over a simple band or tube, which might be more prone to rolling up/down. I'm happy with the purchase because it is very comfortable and it does help to smooth everything out under your outer clothes. This item appears to be well made, so I expect it to last as my twin pregnancy progresses. However, I found similar items at A Pea in the Pod for less. They have black and white for the regular price of $25 vs $32 for the Ingrid & Isabelle version. They also had dark brown and beige on the sale rack for $19, so I picked up a few more. They all have similar fabric content (~91-92% nylon / 8-9% lycra.)
LOVE THIS CAMISOLE! September 22, 2009 B. Tamarin (Boston, MA United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have been wearing this camisole about 4 times a week since I was 18 weeks. It fits right over your pre-pregnancy jeans for the beginning of your pregnancy so you can keep them unzipped and get more wear out of them, i.e., have a bigger wardrobe since not much will fit. Then, as you get bigger, it really helps you wear things you wouldn't normally be able to wear because it is nice and long and smoothes everything out. An absolute MUST HAVE.
Great Fit! June 27, 2009 M. Mackey (Sacramento, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was skeptical that this would fit due to my long torso, but it is the best maternity item I have ever purchased. It fits like a glove and doesn't roll up or fit so tight I feel like I can't breathe. The Bella Band is nice too, but those tend to move around more, so they don't fit as well. I would definitely recommend (and buy more of) these to anyone.
